The coast guard of southeast China's Fujian Province organized a law enforcement patrol in the waters off Taiwan Island on December 30, according to Zhu Anqing, spokesperson for China Coast Guard East Sea Bureau.
The patrol focused on testing regional control capabilities, with drills including verification and identification, warning and expulsion, and visit, board, search, and seizure.
