The China–Latin America Cultural Exchange Center in Beijing's Daxing District is positioning itself as a hub for young foreign entrepreneurs, offering free office space and networking opportunities.
At a recent event, Bolivia's Ambassador to China, Hugo Siles, told CGTN he hopes the center will become a platform for innovation and talent exchange. "Bolivia and China are entering a new stage of relations involving technology transfer, trade and innovation," he said, adding that efforts are underway to create more opportunities for Bolivian exports.
The December 26 event brought together around 80 international students, many of them studying in China on government scholarships, as Beijing deepens its ties with Latin America. Participants also toured a hydrogen energy exhibition hall, underscoring Daxing's growing ambitions as a business and innovation hub.
