China's Central Rural Work Conference wrapped up in Beijing on December 30, highlighting the importance of rural revitalization and the development of stronger county-level industries to boost farmers' incomes. In southwest China's Yunnan Province, one small county is putting that goal into practice – by turning avocados into a new engine of rural growth.
