In Xiamen, east China's Fujian Province, a new border inspection convenience measure has come into effect at a ferry passenger terminal linking the city with the Kinmen Islands, which are administered by Taiwan. The newly launched measure integrates multiple services into a single station, and for the first time, travelers can access these services at any time in the port's public area, rather than only within the previously restricted zones.
