President of the Republic of Korea (ROK) Lee Jae Myung is set to pay a state visit to China from January 4 to 7, marking his first visit to the country since taking office. Ahead of the trip, Lee sat down for an exclusive interview with China Media Group (CMG) at Cheong Wa Dae, saying he looks forward to the visit helping the ROK and China further consolidate a relationship in which the two countries support each other's development.
