The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) held a special meeting at its headquarters in Washington D.C. on January 6 to address the situation in Venezuela.

During the session, multiple countries expressed solidarity with Venezuela and strongly condemned the U.S. attack against the country as a violation of international law.
