State Emergency Service of Ukraine: 'In Kyiv, 4 people were killed and 22 others were injured in a night attack, including 5 rescue workers. All the injured are in hospitals. 32 people were rescued. Emergency workers are working on the ground in the Dniprovs'kyi and Darnyts'kyi districts of the capital.'
