WHO chief: 'In Ukraine, 9 attacks on health care were documented since the beginning of 2026 killing 1 patient, 1 medic, injuring 11 – including health workers and patients – and damaging 3 ambulances. The affected facilities serve more than 3 million people, and are already operating under sever strain – shortage in health workforce, medical supplies and fuel.'
