In Chibi, Hubei Province, a driver lost consciousness, sending his car drifting through a busy intersection. As oncoming vehicles swerved to avoid it, two traffic volunteers and nearby pedestrians rushed in to stop the vehicle. Police and medics soon arrived, taking the driver to the hospital, where he was later reported to be in stable condition.
