When a sedan suddenly caught fire outside a school in east China's Yichun City, student Deng Jinling bravely stepped in after spotting thick smoke billowing from the vehicle.

Quick-thinking Deng, who was standing by the gate of Jiangxi Changjiang Science and Technology Secondary Vocational School, ran to the security office, grabbed a couple of fire extinguishers, and put out the flames in about two minutes.
