In recent weeks, the Iranian government has repeatedly urged the United States and Israel to stop actions it says are undermining regional stability.

Iranian military expert Hossein Kanani Moghaddam warned that Washington and Tel Aviv are waging what he described as a "hybrid war" against Iran, combining military pressure, economic sanctions and covert operations. He cautioned that these measures are aimed at destabilizing Iran's economy and society, and warned that the risk of open conflict is continuing to rise.
