Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy Zheng Jianbang will attend the inauguration ceremony of Guinean President Mamadi Doumbouya, the Chinese Foreign Ministry announced on Thursday.
Zheng, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China, will attend Doumbouya's inauguration in the West African country's capital, Conakry, on Saturday, according to the ministry.
