A new exhibition showcasing Fan Yanyan’s silk art opened last Tuesday at Beijing’s Yindi Art Museum. Widely hailed as China’s leading silk artist, Fan presents both her iconic works and fresh creations inspired by the Year of the Horse. Fan Yanyan and musician Fang Jinlong debuted “Harmony of Dragon and Horse” at the opening—a dynamic fusion of silk art and Chinese traditional music. Our reporter, Yang Yan, was among the first to preview these stunning artworks.
