Blending technology with traditional Chinese wellness philosophy, the 24 Solar Terms AI Robot Restaurant began trial operations in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. From cooking to service, more than a dozen types of robots work in coordination inside the futuristic diner. Cleaning robots and food-delivery robots glide through the space. A noodle-cooking robot skillfully grips noodles and lowers them into boiling water, while a coffee robot rotates its tray to pour milk and add sugar with precision. The restaurant offers dishes designed around the wellness principles of the 24 solar terms, aiming to offer a fresh and convenient dining experience that appeals to young and old.
