Financial cooperation urged at Davos amid world fragmentation

The deepening fragmentation and erosion of trust in the global system have made financial cooperation a key theme at Davos this year. Speaking to CGTN, the World Economic Forum's Managing Director Matthew Blake identified the areas of finance he believes are under the greatest strain.
