U.S. Southern Command：On the frontlines of maritime security:U.S. military forces are intercepting illicit oil vessels in the Caribbean to protect the Homeland. The service members are working with @dhsgov, @USCG, and other agencies, to stop “dark fleet” vessels from providing support to malign actors and their proxies whose illicit activities threaten Americans and our regional neighbors.
