China's foreign trade hit a record high of 45.47 trillion yuan ($6.52 trillion), up 3.8 percent, despite a challenging global environment in 2025. On the export side, new energy vehicles, drones, and biotechnology products posted strong growth. Meanwhile, China continued to unleash its import potential, with imports totaling to 18.48 trillion yuan in 2025, accounting for around 10 percent of the global volume.
