British Prime Minister Keir Starmer dined at a restaurant in Beijing on Wednesday and sampled regional dishes from southwest China's Yunnan Province – known for their fresh ingredients – to experience Chinese food culture up close. He also extended warm Spring Festival greetings as the Chinese New Year approaches.

Starmer arrived in Beijing on Wednesday for an official visit to China from January 28 to 31.
