Bulgarian President Iliana Iotova said in an interview with China Media Group (CMG) that Bulgaria is a beautiful country with a long-standing friendship with China, noting that the two sides have enjoyed 76 years of diplomatic relations. She highlighted the growing interest among Bulgarian youth in learning Chinese and studying in China, and said that bilateral relations have broad prospects for future cooperation based on mutual benefit.
