Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi says Tehran is ready to return to negotiations with Washington, but insists its defense and missile capabilities will not be part of any talks. Araghchi made the remarks during talks in Istanbul on Friday with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan. Meanwhile, Iran's military spokesperson says U.S. military assets are within the range of Iran's medium-range missiles in the Gulf region. Michal Bardavid reports.
