Wang Yi, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and director of the Office of the Central Commission for Foreign Affairs, met with Sergei Shoigu, secretary of the Russian Federation Security Council, in Beijing on Sunday. The two sides exchanged views on the evolving international and regional security situation.
