How is mediation reshaping international dispute settlement?

When it comes to international dispute settlement, cities like The Hague, Geneva, and Singapore usually top the list. Now, there's a new name to add: Hong Kong. In October, the International Organization for Mediation (IOMed) was officially inaugurated there, the world's first intergovernmental legal body dedicated to resolving international disputes through mediation.
