After a nine-year suspension, a key interparty exchange platform between the Communist Party of China and the Chinese Kuomintang party has been revived. 

On Tuesday, a think tank forum was held in Beijing with 15 joint proposals put forward for reducing barriers and deepening communication and cooperation.
