As the Spring Festival approaches, CGTN has published a special short video celebrating the Year of the Horse. Titled "The Year at a Gallop," it offers a unique artistic interpretation of the horse as a universal symbol of strength, courage, and progress.

The video shows a magnificent horse being painted on the world’s largest sheet of xuan paper, measuring 11 by 3.3 meters. The result is a stunning work depicting a horse in calligraphy and traditional Chinese painting style.

The video also features the word “horse” in 85 languages, underscoring the horse’s appeal as a symbol that transcends cultures and reflecting CGTN’s desire to extend greetings to its global audience.
