A strong cold front has swept across Wulao Peak Scenic Area in Yongji, north China's Shanxi Province, creating the most striking rime ice display of the year. Located at the junction of Shanxi, Shaanxi and Henan provinces, Wulao Peak is revered as a sacred mountain for Taoists in northern China.
