In Chongqing Municipality, southwest China, everyday wellbeing is getting a real boost, from women's health to childcare support.
The city is offering free "two-cancer" screenings for cervical and breast cancer to around 700,000 women, helping spot risks early and strengthen prevention. At the same time, inclusive childcare is becoming easier to access. Community-based, affordable childcare service points now cover 55 percent of urban neighborhoods, easing pressure on families and making parenting a little less stressful.
From protecting health to supporting childcare, Chongqing is turning people-centered policies into practical help that residents can truly feel. (Photos via VCG)
