Reflecting on shared historical experiences of China and the Arab world, Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Aboul Gheit said the two sides share common ground in anti-colonial struggles, development and the rebuilding of national confidence. In an interview with CGTN's host Wang Guan, he highlighted China's distinct approach as a partner – one marked by non-interference and mutual benefit – and summed up China–Arab relations today in three words: solid, cooperative and promising.
