At the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, the China House pavilion has opened at the historic Villa Clerici, marking its fourth appearance on the Winter Olympic stage. Designed around three core zones – cultural exhibition, intangible cultural heritage experiences and sports interaction – it blends Olympic aesthetics with the festive atmosphere of the Chinese Spring Festival, offering international visitors an immersive cultural journey.

Traditional decorations such as red lanterns and Chinese knots draw global audiences into the space, while exquisite artifacts – including pottery figurines of horse riders and painted polo scenes – reveal the long history of equestrian culture in China. Open to the public by reservation until February 22, China House continues a tradition launched by the Chinese Olympic Committee in 2010 at the Vancouver Winter Olympics, serving as a platform for cultural dialogue between China and the world.
