On February 2 and 3, China and Vietnam held festive events to celebrate their most important upcoming traditional holiday, widely known as the Spring Festival in China. Celebrations took place in Lao Cai, Vietnam, and Hekou county in southwest China. A variety of parallel activities were also organized to promote mutual understanding and friendship. In recent years, local-level cooperation between China and Vietnam has grown increasingly close, playing a vital role in strengthening overall bilateral relations.
