Guangzhou in southern China is hosting this year's first Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Senior Officials' Meeting and related sessions from February 1 to 10. One of the APEC delegates visited a circular economy industrial park in the city to understand how it has fueled Guangzhou's circular economy.
