He criticized Western media for persistently demonizing China, particularly for its baseless attacks on the Belt and Road Initiative, which completely disregard the initiative's broad participation. He emphasized that narratives such as the "debt trap" theory are actually an insult to the judgment of Global South nations, as the vast majority of non-Western countries clearly understand how to engage effectively with China.
