Infrared cameras have captured rare footage of the yellow-bellied tragopan in Lingchuan County, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. With only about 4,000 left globally, the first-class protected species, known as the "giant panda of birds", is gradually recovering thanks to tech-driven monitoring and ongoing field research.
