The death toll after an apartment building collapsed in Lebanon's northern city of Tripoli has risen to at least 15. The mayor of Tripoli, Abdel Hamid Karimeh, said authorities have flagged 105 buildings at risk of collapse. The Lebanese government has promised to provide funds for their restoration and reinforcement, amid concerns over aging and dilapidated building infrastructure. CGTN stringer in Tripoli spoke with an eyewitness, who said, "In the blink of an eye, it collapsed completely – no wall fell first, no warning at all."
