Performances, festivals and library services are reaching deeper into towns and rural areas, drawing strong public participation with more than 16 million visits recorded.

Public libraries received nearly 520,000 readers and recorded more than 110,000 book loans. Meanwhile, cultural initiatives such as the "Gesanghua performance season" have generated over 100,000 online and offline events throughout the year.
