China has successfully carried out a low-altitude demonstration and validation flight of the Long March-10 launch vehicle system, together with a zero-altitude abort flight test for the Mengzhou spacecraft and integrated landing and takeoff verification for the Lanyue lunar lander at the Wenchang Space Launch Site. The test marks a major milestone in the development of China's crewed lunar exploration program, validating key flight, abort, recovery and sea splashdown capabilities for new-generation rockets and spacecraft.
