As the Spring Festival nears, Pishan County in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is hosting a unique fashion show where villagers become "rural supermodels." They showcase creative outfits made from everyday items like plastic bags, old newspapers, and agricultural products, featuring flowing skirts, corn husk attire and costumes adorned with fruit and vegetables. Over 300 villagers from 11 towns participate, combining fashion with folk dances, music and dramatic scenes to celebrate the holiday with joy and cultural pride.
