China Media Group (CMG), as the copyright owner of the 2026 CMG Spring Festival Gala programs and all previous Spring Festival Gala programs produced and broadcast by CMG, exclusively holds the rights to license the use of the aforementioned Gala programs globally, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes by relevant institutions or individuals.

Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, no organization or individual may use the audiovisual content, broadcast signals or any related materials of CMG Spring Festival Gala programs in any form without prior written authorization from CMG. This includes, but is not limited to, use via radio and television, the internet, mobile communication networks, IPTV, internet TV, mobile media TV, various application software and other audiovisual transmission technologies or platforms by means of live streaming, delayed broadcast, on-demand, cyclic broadcast, replay, download, theater and cinema screening and public place presentation. Any act of unfair competition in the name of the CMG Spring Festival Gala, including ambush marketing by taking advantage of the CMG Spring Festival Gala, is strictly prohibited.

All organizations and individuals who have legally obtained authorization shall use the 2026 CMG Spring Festival Gala and previous Gala programs in accordance with the agreed specifications, clearly indicate "Copyright © China Media Group," cite the source, maintain the integrity of the program content and frames, and retain all relevant CMG logos.

The General Manager's Office of CMG will enhance monitoring and rights protection efforts, take effective legal measures to combat copyright infringement and unfair competition related to the CMG Spring Festival Gala. CMG will pursue legal action against the responsible parties in accordance with the law.
