President Xi's article on key tasks of China's current economic work to be published

An article by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, on the key tasks of the country's current economic work will be published on Monday.

Coordination in development should be promoted to facilitate integrated urban-rural development and regional synergy, and efforts should be made to promote a comprehensive green transformation with carbon emissions peaking and carbon neutrality as the goals, according to the article.

It also emphasizes prioritizing the improvement of people's livelihoods and the active, prudent management of risks in key areas.
