Leaders from around the world and heads of international organizations have extended their greetings to Chinese President Xi Jinping as China welcomes the Year of the Horse.

Russian President Vladimir Putin praised the strong development of the Russia–China comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era over the past year, highlighting key cooperation projects, visa exemptions, and cultural exchanges.

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said his country stands ready to continue expanding cooperation with China and to work together to build a Brazil–China community with a shared future for a more just world and a more sustainable planet.

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, and United Arab Emirates (UAE) President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and others, also sent their best wishes.
