The second round of indirect American-Iranian negotiations mediated by Oman started in the Swiss city of Geneva, within the framework of efforts aimed at finding approaches that lead to solutions for reaching an agreement that meets the objectives and aspirations of both parties, Oman News Agency reported on Tuesday.
