A new round of trilateral talks between Ukraine, the United States and Russia began in Geneva, Switzerland, on Tuesday.
The two-day negotiations, held behind closed doors, are expected to address territorial issues, military matters, political and economic concerns, as well as security arrangements, Russia's state news agency TASS reported.
The Russian delegation is headed by Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky, a shift from the senior military officials who led previous rounds in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Ukraine's team is led by Rustem Umerov, secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, and includes senior political and security officials.
U.S. Special Presidential Envoy Steven Witkoff and President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner represent Washington in the negotiations.
