Several wildfires swept across western Oklahoma, U.S., on February 17, prompting evacuations in multiple counties under critical fire weather conditions.

The 43 Road Fire near Woodward has burned more than 2,000 acres, as red-flag warnings remain in effect across the state's Panhandle. State authorities say response and recovery efforts are ongoing.
