Zelenskyy: We consider Europe's participation in the process to be critically necessary for the further successful implementation of possible agreements: Ukraine has no doubt that partners have the ability to ensure the constructiveness of the negotiation process, and therefore, a decent result. Yesterday, there were indeed difficult meetings, and we can state that Russia is trying to drag out the negotiations, which could have already reached the final stage.
