North China's Hebei Province is turning new agriculture into a new driver for rural revitalization in 2026.

In Botou, a mobile vegetable garden is showing how it works. Potted vegetables are fresh, fast to market and visually appealing, with a harvest cycle of about 40 days and income rising by around 50 percent for local farmers.

From high-standard farmland to stronger specialty farming, and from better value chains to leisure- and order-based agriculture, Hebei is ensuring agricultural upgrades lead to real gains for rural families.
