Cuban MFA: In the High-Level Segment of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations, I denounced the collective punishment of the Cuban people that the US government seeks to impose with its executive order, which aims to create a humanitarian catastrophe through an energy blockade.I reaffirmed #Cuba's commitment to the defence and promotion of all human rights for all, and to continuing to be an active, sovereign, and authentic voice in this Council.
