Former ICE legal advisor Ryan Schwank testified at a public forum held by Democratic lawmakers that he received "secretive orders" instructing him to teach Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) cadets they could enter homes without a judicial warrant, which he said "violates the Constitution."
He also revealed how ICE gutted its training program, cutting 240 hours of vital classes, including on use of force, from a 584-hour program, thus leaving officers unprepared.
