China's latest response on Ukraine crisis talks

China has welcomed the latest talks on the Ukraine crisis. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said that although the parties still have differences, they are at least engaging in dialogue and have begun focusing on substantive issues, an outcome China welcomes.
