The United States and Israel launched air strikes early Saturday on multiple targets in Iran, including the capital, Tehran. Loud explosions were reported across the city, with smoke seen rising from several areas.

U.S. President Donald Trump and the Israeli military confirmed the operation. In response, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said it had begun missile and drone strikes against Israel.
