The UN Security Council held an emergency meeting on Saturday to address the U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iran.

Iran's envoy condemned what he called deliberate aggression by the U.S. and Israel, while the U.S. representative defended the actions as consistent with the UN Charter. At one point, Iran's envoy urged the U.S. delegate to "be polite."
