On March 2, cargo ship Changyuan 518 suddenly broke apart and took on water near Lyushun, in Dalian, northeast China's Liaoning Province, trapping 8 crew members in the sea. The Beihai Rescue Bureau launched an emergency response at once, sending a rescue ship and helicopter to the scene. After a high-stakes operation, all 8 sailors were safely airlifted to shore in good condition.
